I needed this program! I have been exercising consistently for 9 years and through a second pregnancy and then I plateaued. THIS WOMAN!!! She is amazing! As a former fitness instructor I am always a little skeptical of the "latest and greatest" fitness programs that we see advertised on social media constantly. Investing in this coaching was the absolute BEST decision I could have made for myself! After years and years of yo-yo dieting both before and after having kids, this has truly been the only effective and sustainable thing I have ever done.8 weeks after I had my son in June 2018, I stepped on the scale to see what I was working with. A friend of mine shared with me her success she was having with Lasting Change Coaching. She new Jessica before and wanted to keep going. I needed a push. I have found myself Yo-Yo dieting for years! In and out of running, hoping to find success, just to find myself even worse off on the scale- it was depressing! I joined FEMME in August, after I nudged the weightloss myself. I knew I'd need support to keep going. That's just it, it's a huge support system. The kick in your butt when you need it- all week. From food planning, I was awful at this and resisted so much, to now I pre-log most of my food. I am trying new foods even with being such a picky eater! I workout 6 days a week and most are about 30 minutes a day. I went from 3 and 8 pound weights up to 10 to 15's- in some cases 20s! My strength is very different now and using the apps, talking with the coaches every week, it is very supportive. Investing in Lasting Change has been one of the best decision I have made for MYSELF.I knew Jessica from high school and years later found her on Facebook.
